Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Orders placed with Inspired Energy are Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR). Because our products are custom-built or specialized lithium-ion battery and charger assemblies, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and paid for.
Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about product specifications, compatibility, or fit before ordering, contact us at customer.service@inspired-energy.com and we'll be glad to help.
Damages and issues
While all orders are NCNR, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. Reach us at customer.service@inspired-energy.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at our discretion. Do not return any item without first contacting us; items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
As noted above, all items are non-returnable. This includes custom and special-order products, hazardous materials, and lithium-ion batteries, which are regulated as dangerous goods and cannot be returned once shipped.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us and we'll resolve it under the Damages and Issues section above.
Refunds
In the limited cases where a refund is approved (such as a confirmed defect, damage, or shipping error that we cannot otherwise resolve), we'll notify you once we've received and inspected the item. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at customer.service@inspired-energy.com.
